Job Overview: We are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental family. This role is ideal for a caring, motivated individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere. Our hygienists work a flexible four-day week schedule on a Tuesday through Friday rotation with consistent office hours.

Job Description	Perform professional dental cleanings and prophylaxis on patients. Administer local anesthesia and sedation as per licensure. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-procedure instructions. Utilize and maintain dental instruments, including CO2 Laser technology (preferred). Document patient history, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately in dental records. Collaborate with dentists and other team members to develop comprehensive care plans. Maintain compliance with safety and infection control policies. Participate actively in continuing education and professional development.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $40.00 〜 $50.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Tuesday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday and weekends closed.
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Current and valid Registered Dental Hygienist licensure. Anesthesiology license required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and caring personality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Entry-level hygienists welcome to apply.
Preferences	Experience or familiarity with CO2 Laser technology preferred but not required.
