Provide outstanding preventive dental care including cleanings, X-rays, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and personalized home care recommendations to promote lasting dental health.
Collaborate with dentists in developing and implementing individual patient treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records of patient assessments, treatments, and communications.
Strictly adhere to infection control protocols ensuring a clean and organized operatory.
Stay updated on latest dental hygiene techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
Support the clinical team through inventory management and ensuring hygiene-related supplies are fully stocked.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
Active state license to practice dental hygiene in North Carolina.
1–3 years of clinical experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and team effectively.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records (EHR) is a plus.

Experience working in collaborative team environments.
Proficiency with dental operatory equipment and infection control practices.
Previous experience with dental software platforms.
