Oakton Dental Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and oral health education, providing comprehensive dental hygiene services while supporting the overall dental treatment process. This on-site role is a key position in promoting oral health and ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.

Salary Range	【Full-time】 $135,000.00 〜 $145,000.00 /year

Shift & Schedule	5x8 Monday to Friday Flexible schedule Monday 8 AM–5 PM Tuesday 8 AM–5 PM Wednesday 8 AM–5 PM Thursday 8 AM–5 PM Friday 8 AM–5 PM Saturday Closed Sunday Closed
Requirements	Basic life support Driver’s license Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Local Anesthesia Certification Current and active dental hygienist licensure in Virginia. Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on-site at Oakton Dental Center. Physical stamina to perform clinical duties including standing for extended periods and handling dental instruments. Basic computer skills for electronic health records and appointment management systems.
Preferences	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Previous experience working in a dental practice setting. Certification in CPR and First Aid. Additional training or certification in periodontal therapy or local anesthesia administration. Bilingual skills are a plus.
