Our state-of-the-art practice located in Falls Church, VA, is equipped with the latest technology and supported by a professional team dedicated to fostering strong patient relationships and ensuring outstanding dental health.

We are seeking a compassionate and outgoing Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis (1-3 days per week). If you are professional, friendly, and skilled in building rapport with patients, this is the perfect opportunity to work in a modern practice with a flexible schedule. Preferred candidates will have experience with Eaglesoft software.

Job Description	Provide thorough dental hygiene services including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education. Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and document patient information accurately. Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Eaglesoft practice management software. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions. Ensure compliance with infection control policies and safety procedures. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $55.00 〜 $65.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Wednesday, Thursday, Monday, Tuesday) and 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Friday)
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Current Registered Dental Hygienist license CPR Certification AED Certification Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene or equivalent Proven interpersonal and communication skills
Preferences	Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Experience with Eaglesoft dental software Prior general dental practice experience
