Job Description	Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and sealant application Capture and interpret diagnostic dental radiographs as required Assist in treatment planning in collaboration with doctors Conduct thorough oral health assessments and screenings Provide personalized oral hygiene instruction and preventive care education Accurately document clinical findings and patient interactions in Eaglesoft dental software Administer local anesthetic (preferred, not required) Adhere strictly to HIPAA, infection control, and aseptic protocols Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment Collaborate and communicate effectively with the entire dental team Flexibly adjust to workflow changes and office environments
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $45.00 〜 $55.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Mon–Thurs, 8am–5pm (No weekends)
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Infection Control License Valid Ohio dental hygiene license Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program Minimum 2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience Solid knowledge of dental anatomy, oral pathology, and periodontal disease Excellent communication and patient interaction skills Understanding of infection control and HIPAA compliance
Preferences	Open Dental Implant Dentistry Proficiency with OpenDental dental software Experience with dental codes and insurance documentation Prior administration of local anesthesia Familiarity with restorative procedures, implants, or orthodontics
