Kidskare PC is seeking a motivated and caring Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our full-time team. Job Description	Provide thorough dental hygiene care for pediatric patients, including prophylaxis, scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments Perform dental screenings and assessments for children, identifying any oral health issues Educate patients and their parents on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Document patient records accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards Assist the dental team in maintaining a safe, clean, and child-friendly clinical environment Collaborate with dentists and office staff to ensure quality, compassionate patient care Attend periodic training and continuing education as required by the practice and state regulations
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $40.00 〜 $50.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Five Fridays per year (optional or scheduled)
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Valid and active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of New Mexico Recent dental hygiene graduate or entry-level experience accepted Basic knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and terminology preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics
Preferences	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Previous pediatric dental experience or training CPR certification Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development
