Job Description	Perform comprehensive dental hygiene care including prophylaxis, root planing, and periodontal assessments Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment plans Take dental radiographs as needed, with limited full-mouth X-rays since new patients are seen first by the dentist Document patient information and treatment accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment Collaborate closely with the dentist and support staff to ensure excellent patient care Provide compassionate care and build trusting patient relationships
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $45.00 〜 $50.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM Tuesday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Registered Dental Hygienist license in Missouri CPR Certification Proficiency in root planing, periodontal assessment, and dental X-rays Strong communication skills and passion for patient education Ability to work full-time (30–33 hours/week) on the following schedule: Monday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM Tuesday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Preferences	Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Entry-level candidates are welcome Experience in a small private practice or similar environment preferred Friendly, patient-centered approach with excellent interpersonal skills
