We are seeking a skilled, compassionate full-time Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This position offers a flexible Monday through Thursday schedule from 7:15 AM to 5:15 PM, with occasional scheduling accommodations available. Job Description	Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments, including periodontal charting and patient health histories Provide preventive dental treatments such as prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and fluoride applications Take and interpret dental radiographs and assist with advanced imaging technologies like CBCT and optical scanning Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate, detailed patient records using digital charting systems Ensure sterilization and maintenance of instruments and clinical areas in compliance with health and safety standards Support orthodontic and implant treatment procedures as needed Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities Promote a positive and comfortable patient experience
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $40.00 〜 $50.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday through Thursday schedule from 7:15 AM to 5:15 PM
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Experienced Dental Hygienist (3+ years) Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license from the Minnesota Board of Dentistry (required) Mid-level experience preferred but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply Current CPR and AED certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative dental team Experience with dental assisting and familiarity with advanced dental technologies is a plus Must hold a current RDH license issued by the Minnesota Board of Dentistry CPR and AED certification required Ability to work full-time Monday through Thursday, 7:15 AM to 5:15 PM (flexible scheduling available) Must be able to commute or relocate to Warroad, MN before starting employment Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional ethics
Preferences	Experience with digital charting and radiography, including CBCT and optical scanning Knowledge of orthodontic treatments and dental implant procedures Prior experience in a busy dental practice environment Interest in ongoing professional development
