（Part-time） Dental hygienist job at Shirene Orandi DDS

Conduct thorough dental hygiene assessments, including periodontal charting and patient health histories
Perform professional dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride treatments
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
Collaborate with dentists and team members to develop individualized patient care plans
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and practice standards
Ensure sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment
Utilize Dentrix dental software for scheduling, charting, and patient record management (preferred)
Participate in professional development and team meetings to stay current on dental best practices
Provide an exceptional patient experience by fostering a caring and welcoming environment

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
No availability required on evenings or weekends

Current Licensed Dental Hygienist credential in the state of Minnesota
Entry-level candidates and new graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, professional, and able to work well independently and as part of a team
Experience with Dentrix dental software is a strong plus but not required
Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
Ability to comply with all professional and ethical standards of practice

Prior experience working in a family or cosmetic dental practice
Familiarity with Dentrix dental practice management software
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward patient care
