（Part-time） Dental hygienist job position at Clearwater Dentist

Set up trays, manage room turnover, and follow aseptic techniques ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Perform patient assessments including vital signs and oral health evaluations.
Provide patient education on effective oral hygiene and preventive care techniques.
Conduct full mouth debridement, root planing, periodontal maintenance, adult and child prophylaxis.
Deliver localized antibiotic therapy (Arestin), irrigate with antimicrobials, and apply topical anesthetics when needed.
Take full mouth and bitewing radiographs with proficiency and care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Eaglesoft dental software.
Strictly adhere to infection control protocols and sterilization standards.
Utilize Cavitron, Piezo scalers, and air polishers effectively during treatment.

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Current Florida Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
CPR and BLS Certification (current).
Proficiency with Eaglesoft dental software.
Skilled in the use of Cavitron and/or Piezo scalers, air polishers, and radiography.
Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, oral health assessment, and infection control practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and engage patients effectively.

Mid-level experience as a Dental Hygienist.
Experience in private dental practice settings.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
