We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Pediatric Dental Hygienist to join our wonderful team. This full-time position offers a five-day workweek totaling approximately 23-32 hours, including one evening shift and no weekend work. You will play a vital role in preventive dental care, educating children and their caregivers while working alongside experienced dental assistants and supportive staff. Job Description	Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and review patient histories Perform routine and deep dental cleanings, including supragingival and subgingival scaling, root planing, polishing, and flossing Take and process diagnostic digital X-rays Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants to prevent decay Educate children and caregivers on effective oral hygiene practices and preventive care Chart existing restorations, caries, and periodontal conditions accurately Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of operatories in compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations Monitor and report any changes in patients’ dental or medical conditions to the supervising dentist Communicate effectively and compassionately with young patients and their families to ensure a positive care experience
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $45.00 〜 $55.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday – Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM No weekend hours
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from an ADA-accredited program Current Dental Hygienist license for the state of Pennsylvania CPR Certification Minimum of 1 year of clinical dental hygiene experience, preferably in pediatric dentistry Knowledge of pediatric dental hygiene procedures and patient management Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills Excellent communication skills with children and caregivers
Preferences	Experience working in a pediatric dental or similar clinical setting Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Commitment to ongoing professional development and patient education
