Job Description	Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and other hygiene procedures Conduct oral health assessments and screenings, including periodontal evaluations Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventative care, and treatment plans Review patient medical and dental histories and update records accurately Collaborate with dentists and team members to develop individualized patient care plans Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols in accordance with current standards Manage daily schedule efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient care and communication Ensure patient comfort and address questions or concerns during treatment
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $55.00 〜 $62.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Infection Control License Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of California Minimum of 1 year of clinical dental hygiene experience Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, patient-centered environment Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and infection control standards Commitment to providing compassionate, quality care
Preferences	Experience working in a modern dental practice with advanced technology Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate effectively within a clinical team Passion for continuing education and professional growth
