Job Description	Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and oral cancer screening Conduct thorough patient screenings and review medical and dental histories Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and disease management Utilize advanced dental technology such as Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, and digital X-rays Document all patient care activities accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems Collaborate with dentists and the clinical team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and infection control protocols Participate in continuing education and hygiene mentorship programs to enhance clinical skills Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment focused on patient-centered care
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $51.00 〜 $70.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday – Closed
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Experienced Dental Hygienist (3+ years) Current Washington State Dental Hygienist license Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene required; Bachelor’s degree preferred CPR Certification Minimum 11 years of professional experience preferred (mid-level) but new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply Proficient knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and documentation review Ability to work independently with clinical autonomy while collaborating effectively with the team
Preferences	X-ray / Radiography Certification Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X-rays, and EMR systems Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning Strong communication and interpersonal skills Desire to provide preventative care and comprehensive maintenance of patients’ dental health Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation Prolonged periods of sitting and standing during patient care Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds as needed Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the year Completion of tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (standard dental office requirement except in FL & TN)
