Provide thorough dental hygiene care including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and patient education focused on prevention.
Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and document findings accurately.
Take and interpret dental radiographs as needed.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients to build trust and promote oral health awareness.
Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.
Maintain detailed patient records in compliance with office protocols and regulatory standards.
Uphold strict infection control and sterilization procedures.
Participate in continuing education and in-house training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday – Sunday: Closed

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in Massachusetts.
Proven ability to provide prevention-focused, patient-centered dental hygiene care.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect warmly with patients and team members.
Detail-oriented, thorough, and compassionate approach to patient care.
Commitment to maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment.
Availability to work full-time Monday through Thursday (~34 hours/week).

Experience in a small private dental practice environment.
