Located in Farmington, MO, our practice offers a fun, relaxed, and transparent environment where high-quality general and cosmetic dental care is delivered with a personal touch. We operate on a three-day workweek (Monday–Wednesday), fostering a strong work-life balance for our team.

We’re looking for a skilled Temporary Dental Hygienist to join us 1–3 days per week on an as-needed basis. If you’re passionate about patient care and thrive in a low-stress, collaborative setting, we’d love to hear from you!

Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and SRP treatments with precision and care Conduct oral cancer screenings and assess periodontal health Take and interpret dental radiographs (X-rays) Administer fluoride treatments, sealants, and periodontal therapies as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Maintain accurate digital charting and notes (training provided on our software) Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and front-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow Adhere to strict infection control protocols
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $74,200.00 〜 $87,900.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday–Wednesday (7 AM–5 PM) \| No evenings, weekends, or holidays
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support General Dentistry Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Missouri CPR certification Strong knowledge of general dentistry and periodontal care Excellent communication and patient education skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality care
Preferences	Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Cosmetic Dentistry 1+ years of clinical experience in a dental practice Familiarity with digital dental software (training available) Experience in both general and cosmetic dentistry
