We’re seeking a motivated, compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team either part-time or full-time. Job Description	Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenance Conduct oral health assessments and document findings accurately Take and interpret digital X-rays and intraoral photos Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene techniques Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (if certified) Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized treatment plans Maintain strict infection control protocols Build rapport with patients to ensure a comfortable, positive experience
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $64,000.00 〜 $82,000.00 /year

Shift & Schedule	Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (No Fridays or weekends!)
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist ✔ Active Georgia RDH license ✔ 2+ years of clinical hygiene experience ✔ Proficiency in digital radiography ✔ Strong communication & patient education skills ✔ CPR certification
Preferences	Local Anesthesia Certification Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Nitrous Oxide Certification ✔ Local anesthesia certification ✔ Experience with periodontal therapy ✔ Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) ✔ Nitrous oxide certification
