We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team one day per week—you choose the day that works best for you! This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level hygienist who values flexibility, patient-centered care, and a collaborative work environment.

Job Description	Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments Conduct patient screenings, assessments, and oral health education Take and develop dental X-rays as needed Document patient care and treatment plans accurately Assist the dentist with examinations and procedures as required Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols Build rapport with patients and provide a comfortable, positive experience
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $73,000.00 〜 $94,000.00 /year
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8 AM – 4 PM Tuesday: 11 AM – 7 PM Wednesday: 8 AM – 4 PM Thursday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Experienced Dental Hygienist (3+ years) Active Maryland RDH license CPR certification 2+ years of clinical hygiene experience (mid-level) Proficiency in digital X-rays and dental software (preferred) Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferences	Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software Familiarity with periodontal therapy and patient education A positive, team-player attitude
