Job Description	Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments Take and interpret dental radiographs Provide patient education on oral hygiene techniques Apply preventive treatments (fluoride, sealants) Maintain accurate electronic patient records Follow strict infection control protocols Assist with patient screenings and documentation
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $40.00 〜 $50.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (every other Saturday)
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Current RDH license in Virginia CPR Certification Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferences	Local Anesthesia Certification Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft 1+ years of clinical experience (new grads welcome) Experience with digital radiography Familiarity with dental software systems Local anesthesia certification (where applicable)
