Job Description	Provide exceptional preventive dental care (cleanings, SRPs, periodontal therapy) Conduct oral health assessments and educate patients on hygiene best practices Take and review digital X-rays as needed Document treatment plans and maintain accurate patient records Collaborate with dentists to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain a sterile, organized workspace Build trusting relationships with patients to encourage retention
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $40.00 〜 $50.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday – Thursday: 8 AM – 4 PM Friday: 8 AM – 3:30 PM NO WEEKENDS!
Requirements	Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Active Ohio Dental Hygiene License (required) Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification Strong communication & interpersonal skills Passion for patient education & preventive care
Preferences	Local Anesthesia Certification Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft 1+ years of clinical hygiene experience Experience with soft-tissue management & periodontal therapy Familiarity with digital charting & dental software Local anesthesia certification (a plus)
