Job Description	Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and oral health assessments Conduct thorough patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care Take and interpret dental radiographs as needed Perform oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting Maintain accurate electronic patient records Patient Care & Team Collaboration: Build trusting relationships with patients of all ages Work closely with our dentists to develop personalized treatment plans Participate in morning huddles and team meetings Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $42.00 〜 $47.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8AM-5PM Tuesday-Thursday: 7AM-5PM Friday: 7AM-1PM No evenings or weekends
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Active Wisconsin Dental Hygiene license CPR certification Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations Excellent clinical and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferences	1+ years of clinical experience Experience with electronic dental records Passion for preventive dentistry and patient education Commitment to long-term career growth
