We're seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist (Fridays 7:35am-3pm) to join our growing team. This position offers competitive pay ($60-$65/hour) and the opportunity to work in a modern practice with extended appointment times (no double-booking!). Ideal candidates will have excellent clinical skills, a warm chairside manner, and experience with digital dentistry.

Job Description	Clinical Duties: Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments Take digital radiographs (Kodak sensors) and CBCT scans when needed Use iTero scanner for digital impressions Administer local anesthesia (must have current certification) Provide personalized oral hygiene instruction Patient Care & Administrative Duties: Document treatment in our paperless system (Dentrix experience preferred) Maintain strict infection control protocols Collaborate with dentists on treatment planning Help patients feel comfortable and at ease Participate in morning huddle (7:45am on Fridays)
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $60.00 〜 $65.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Every Friday: 7:35am - 3pm (morning huddle at 7:45am) No weekends or evenings No double-booking - quality time with each patient
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Local Anesthesia Certification Infection Control License Active Maryland Dental Hygiene license Local Anesthesia Certification Minimum 1 year clinical experience CPR certification Strong knowledge of infection control protocols Excellent communication skills
Preferences	Dentrix iTero Experience with Dentrix software Familiarity with digital radiography (Kodak sensors) iTero scanning experience Comfortable with CBCT technology Outgoing, positive personality
