We’re seeking a compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team Monday–Thursday (Fridays optional). Job Description	Perform thorough cleanings, periodontal assessments, and oral cancer screenings. Take and interpret digital X-rays with precision. Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene plans in a friendly, approachable manner. Review medical/dental histories and collaborate with dentists on treatment plans. Maintain sterilization protocols and a clean, organized workspace. Foster long-term patient relationships through trust and excellent communication.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $32.00 〜 $48.00 /hour

Shift & Schedule	Monday–Thursday: 8 AM–1 PM & 2 PM–5 PM (1-hour lunch) Friday: 8 AM–12 PM (optional) No weekends!
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Local Anesthesia Certification Active Iowa Dental Hygienist License. CPR, Radiology, and Local Anesthesia Certifications (or willingness to obtain). 1+ year of clinical experience (new grads with externship experience welcome!).
Preferences	Dentrix Open Dental Eaglesoft Familiarity with digital charting and dental software. Passion for preventive care and patient education. Outgoing personality—you’ll be a key part of our patient experience! Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting. Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
