Job Description	🧼 Your Role: • Provide thorough preventive care (cleanings, sealants, perio maintenance) • Educate patients about oral health in a kind, judgment-free way • Help maintain clinical protocols and sterilization standards • Work closely with Dr. Mickel and team to create an exceptional patient experience ⸻ ✅ Requirements: • Current Ohio Dental Hygiene license • CPR certification • Excellent communication skills • Confidence in diagnosing perio conditions and educating patients • Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $40.00 〜 $46.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy.
