Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including thorough cleanings and patient education Perform periodontal charting and take digital x-rays accurately Administer local anesthesia (preferred but not required; certification a bonus) Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to all infection control protocols Work collaboratively with dentists and team members to ensure excellent patient experiences Manage approximately one patient per hour, ensuring quality and attention to detail Participate in ongoing training, including scanning technology provided by the practice Uphold the values and mission of Rose Dental in every patient interaction
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $43.00 〜 $45.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Additional bonus compensation above hourly pay
Benefits	Employee discount on dental services
Shift & Schedule	Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday – Sunday: Closed Starting part-time (2 days per week) with opportunity for full-time expansion
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Infection Control License Current Registered Dental Hygienist license Certification or ability to administer local anesthesia is a significant advantage Proficient with aseptic technique and infection control standards Comfortable taking digital x-rays and performing perio charting (training available) Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude Ability to commute to Sarasota, FL 34240
Preferences	Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Entry-level candidates welcome; prior dental assisting experience is a plus
