Job Description	Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance for patients Conduct oral health assessments and screenings Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed Document patient health records accurately using Dentrix software Collaborate with dentists and team members to develop individualized treatment plans Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment adhering to infection control protocols Assist in scheduling and managing patient appointments when necessary
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $40.00 〜 $50.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Paid holidays (negotiable)
Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed typically 2-3 days per week.
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible schedules within office hours Open to new graduates as well as experienced hygienists
Preferences	Dentrix Proficiency with Dentrix software preferred
