Title	Lead Registered Dental Hygienist
Job Description	Provide thorough dental hygiene services including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment plans Conduct patient assessments, record medical and dental histories accurately Collaborate closely with dentists and other team members to deliver comprehensive patient care Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment with proper use of PPE and safety protocols Utilize air purifiers and other safety equipment provided in operatories to ensure patient and staff safety Support office operations through effective communication and teamwork Exhibit professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude in all interactions
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $37.00 〜 $60.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) provided, including air purifiers in operatories
Shift & Schedule	Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply Doubles/Triples endorsement (if applicable) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
