Job Description	Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral examinations to maintain patient oral health. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Take and develop dental X-rays, adhering to safety and infection control protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment documentation, in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist dentists in developing personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Utilize knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy to communicate clearly with patients and the dental team. Follow strict infection control and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment. Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to provide efficient four-handed dentistry for enhanced patient care.
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $29.00 〜 $37.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule	Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed Day shift with no weekends—perfect for work-life balance.
Requirements	Strong understanding of infection control standards and dental hygiene practices. Excellent communication skills, capable of educating and reassuring patients. Commitment to compassionate, professional patient care. Entry-level candidates with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Preferences	Valid license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Maryland (preferred).
