Title	Dental hygienist
Job Description	Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance for patients of all ages Take and review dental x-rays (digital radiography) Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions Collaborate closely with dentists and other team members to provide outstanding, patient-centered care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Comply with all state and federal regulations, as well as infection control and safety protocols Help foster a welcoming, comfortable, and positive environment for patients Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and office improvement initiatives
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $46.00 〜 $50.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Benefits Package: 50% medical coverage after 90 days; optional life, disability, pet, vision, and dental insurance; FSA/HSA available 401(k) with employer match
Shift & Schedule	Full-time, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Licensed dental hygienist Education & Licensure: Valid RDH license in Arizona Certifications: CPR/BLS and Local Anesthesia certified Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and patient-focused care skills Passion: Commitment to oral health, preventive care, and patient education Team Player: Friendly, reliable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment
