Are you a motivated, compassionate Registered Dental Assistant looking for a vibrant dental team to call home? iBrite Dental Cleburne is searching for an energetic RDA with a current Texas license to join us full-time or part-time. In this role, you will play a key part in chairside support, patient care, and office collaboration. If you have strong leadership skills, at least 1-2 years of dental assisting experience, and enjoy multitasking in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you! Job Description	Assist the dentist during exams, procedures, and treatments Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Ensure the highest standard of infection control and sterilization Greet and escort patients, helping them feel comfortable and cared for Take and develop dental X-rays as needed Obtain, review, and chart patient health histories Provide clear pre- and post-procedure instructions to patients Support front office operations as needed (scheduling, answering phones, etc.) Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership within the team Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Perform other duties as assigned by the dentist or office manager
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $15.00 〜 $20.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Benefits	Paid time off
Shift & Schedule	Tuesday – Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm (Mondays off) Every other Saturday: 8:45am – 1:00pm
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas (required) 1–2 years of dental assistant experience preferred (entry-level considered) CPR Certification (required) Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills Friendly, professional, and patient-focused Willingness to support both clinical and front office teams
Preferences	Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Certified Dental Assistant credential is a plus
