Job Description	Ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for before, during, and after their examination Properly sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment Conduct initial mouth screenings and review oral health histories Identify conditions such as gingivitis or periodontitis Perform dental cleanings and preventive treatments (e.g., plaque removal, fluoride application) Educate and motivate patients on oral hygiene and effective brushing/flossing techniques Provide post-procedure instructions and answer patient questions Take dental X-rays or impressions as needed Assist the dentist in selecting and implementing appropriate patient treatments Maintain accurate documentation and patient charts Monitor and manage dental inventory and supplies
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $38.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Friday – Sunday: Closed
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license for Michigan (required) Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist (new graduates are welcome to apply) Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., HIPAA) Experience preparing and maintaining dental equipment Excellent documentation review and record-keeping skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Friendly, patient-centered, and professional demeanor
Preferences	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene (required); Master’s degree is a plus CPR Certification (preferred)
