Join our dynamic dental team as a valued Dental Hygienists , Dental Assistant and Receptionist in a fast-paced General and Private practice in Lancaster area! We are seeking a dedicated individual who is X-Ray certified and a Spanish speaker to enhance our patient care experience.

Job Description	Primary Care Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and screenings Take and develop dental X-rays and intraoral photographs Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride and dental sealants Perform periodontal therapy and maintenance Administer local anesthesia as permitted by state regulations Document patient treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical records Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $45.00 〜 $50.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy.

Shift & Schedule	Monday to Friday Flexible schedule - Work Hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 AM -5 PM - Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours). - Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate. - Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required. - Holiday Shifts: Occasional holiday shifts, compensated at double time.
Requirements	Basic life support Driver’s license Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Local Anesthesia Certification
Preferences	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
