Job Description	Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care and perform thorough cleanings for patients of all ages Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive dental care Accurately document patient care and maintain up-to-date records using Dentrix software Collaborate with dentists and the clinical team to support patient treatment plans Take and record patient vital signs as part of the assessment process Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and outstanding patient experience Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $43.00 〜 $50.00 /hour
Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy.

Shift & Schedule	Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Weekends: Closed
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Dentrix Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Oklahoma Proficiency with Dentrix dental software or willingness to learn Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality care Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Eagerness to learn and grow within the practice
Preferences	Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years) New grads welcome; minimum 1 year of experience preferred
