Building Relationships, One Smile at a Time!
As Hygienists at Sunnyslope Dental Care, we are committed to the prevention of dental disease and to comprehensive, attentive, quality dentistry. We build and maintain relationships with our patients that are built on honesty, communication, and consistency. We listen to the patient’s needs and concerns to learn more about their wants and values for dentistry. We consistently build up the credibility of the practice, our teammates, and the doctor so that the patient feels confident and motivated to move forward with their treatment plan. We assist the doctor in treatment planning by asking questions about and discussing areas of concern with the patient before the doctor does the examination, and continue the conversation regarding the treatment plan after the doctor leaves the room. The patients feel like the hygienist is working for and with them, not just working on them and they leave the office feeling empowered and informed on how they can achieve the best possible oral health.
