（Part-time） Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) job at West Portal Dental Care

Key Responsibilities:

Perform dental hygiene procedures including teeth cleaning, taking X-rays, and applying fluoride treatments.

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for improvement.

Accurately document patient care and treatment plans using electronic health records (Dentrix).

Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean clinical environment.

Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Provide oral health education to patients of all ages, including pediatric patient

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Experience & Skills:

Valid Dental Hygiene License in California.

Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program.

Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix (training available).

Knowledge of medical records management and HIPAA regulations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
