Duties

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients.
Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling, charting, and record-keeping.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Assist in the management of medical records and documentation.
Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
Maintain an aseptic technique during all procedures to ensure patient safety.
Conduct radiographic imaging as required, adhering to safety protocols.
Stay updated on dental terminology and clinic procedures to enhance patient interactions.

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of practice.

Proficiency in Dentrix software is preferred.
Strong knowledge of general dentistry practices and dental terminology.

Familiarity with medical coding and medical imaging techniques is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing individual responsibilities.
