Title	Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Job Description	What You’ll Do: • Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing • Conduct oral health assessments and chart dental conditions • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care • Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records • Assist the dentist in diagnosing and developing treatment plans • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and infection control protocols • Help create a welcoming and comfortable experience for patients of all ages
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $60.00 〜 $65.00 /hour
Salary Details	Salary based on Experience.

Shift & Schedule	Day shift Work Hours: • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM • Must be available to work 2 Saturdays per month, with a rotating Friday off for Saturday shifts Patient Flow: • New patients: 1.5 hours • Recalls: 50 minutes • Pediatrics: 30-45 minutes • Single column: 8-10 patients per day
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist What We’re Looking For: • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist • Local Anesthesia Certification (preferred) • Laser Certification (preferred)
Preferences	• Go-getter attitude and self-motivated • Comfortable with double hygiene and managing high production • Excellent communication skills and patient care focus
