Title	Lead Dental Hygienist
Job Description	What You’ll Do: • Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care • Take and develop dental x-rays • Administer local anesthetics as needed • Assist the dentist during exams and procedures • Maintain accurate patient records using dental software • Sterilize dental instruments and ensure a clean work environment • Conduct oral cancer screenings • Provide post-operative care instructions to patients
Salary Range	【Full-time】 $60.00 〜 $70.00 /hour
Salary Details	Salary based on Experience.

Shift & Schedule	Work Hours: • Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist What We’re Looking For: • Current, valid Registered Dental Hygienist license • CPR Certification required • Proficiency in Eaglesoft, CAD, or similar dental software • Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures and medical terminology • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and medical documentation standards
Preferences	• Ability to take and monitor vital signs • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills • Prior experience in a dental office setting preferred
