Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations.
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing to maintain optimal oral hygiene.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to assist the dentist during procedures efficiently.
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal treatments, and apply sealants, fluoride, and regenerative treatments.
Take intraoral photos, digital x-rays, and CBCT.
Educate patients on their oral condition and the steps to improve it.
Work with patients in a kind and professional manner.
Collaborate with dentist and other team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Take and interpret medical imaging as needed for diagnostic purposes.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with clinic protocols.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow in the clinic.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practice

Overview
Wood Park Dental is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring optimal oral health for our patients. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient education and comfort. We have a woodpecker, Solea Laser, CBCT and dual monitors in hygiene to help with education.

Benefits:
FT or PT - $50 to $60 depending on experience

Private practice office with great patients and supportive teammates.
No evenings or weekends. Patient care hours are Mon to Thurs 7:30am to 5pm. Some Fridays 7:30-1pm
