Title	Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Job Description	What You’ll Do: • Assess gum health, check for signs of periodontal disease, and provide early intervention when needed. • Take and review digital X-rays to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. • Guide patients on proper brushing and flossing techniques for optimal at-home care. • Provide tailored recommendations for oral care products, such as electric toothbrushes, mouthwashes, and interdental cleaners. • Discuss the impact of nutrition and lifestyle habits (such as smoking, grinding, and sugar intake) on oral health. • Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and front office staff to create a seamless patient experience. • Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere, ensuring patients feel comfortable and valued. • Accurately document patient histories, exam findings, and treatment progress in digital records. • Work closely with the dentist to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's needs. • Track and schedule follow-up visits to ensure patients receive continuous care.
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $47.00 〜 $50.00 /hour
Salary Details	Salary based on Experience.

Shift & Schedule	Day shift Flexible schedule Workdays: • Monday & Thursday: 8AM – 4PM • Tuesday & Wednesday: 9AM – 6PM
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist What We’re Looking For: • Valid Dental Hygienist license • Experience with routine cleanings, SRP, and digital X-rays • Strong communication and patient education skills
Preferences	• Detail-oriented with excellent chairside manner • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Punctual, reliable, and professional
