Job Description	Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and root planing. Examine patients' teeth and gums to detect signs of oral disease or abnormalities. Take and develop dental X-rays as necessary. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental care. Assist in the creation of individualized oral health care plans. Apply fluoride treatments and sealants to prevent cavities. Provide periodontal therapy as directed by the dentist. Maintain accurate patient records, including treatments and notes. Sterilize dental instruments and ensure a safe, clean work environment. Communicate with patients about treatment options and next steps in care. Assist in maintaining patient comfort and providing a positive experience. Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.
