Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal scaling
🔹 Capture and assess dental X-rays for diagnostics
🔹 Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
🔹 Administer fluoride treatments and sealants to protect teeth
🔹 Evaluate oral health conditions and identify concerns
🔹 Maintain accurate patient records and treatment logs
🔹 Sterilize instruments and ensure a clean, organized workspace
🔹 Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient care

Part-Time Opportunity: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, offering 8-24 flexible hours weekly.

Requirements:

Valid Kansas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License.
Minimum 3 years of clinical hygiene experience.
Exceptional communication and patient service skills.
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
Positive, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to clearly and compassionately educate patients on dental health.

✔ More than 3 years of experience in a dental practice
✔ Proficiency in dental software and electronic records management
✔ Strong understanding of periodontal care and treatment planning
✔ Experience with patient education and preventive care counseling
✔ Familiarity with infection control protocols and OSHA compliance
✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
