We are currently looking for an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist

We are a dentist-owned practice where we strongly believe in treating our employees and patients with care and respect. We are currently looking for an experienced Registered Dental Hygienist.

Ideal candidate must have an active Registered Dental Hygienist License (Required). A minimum of 2+ years of experience is preferred however we are open to all experience levels, new grads welcome to apply. Familiarity with Eaglesoft dental software would be helpful but is not required.

Title	Dental Hygienist
Job Description	Prepare the treatment room for an incoming patient while adhering to prescribed procedures and protocols. Prepare the patient for the dental hygiene treatment by welcoming them, seating them, soothing them and draping them. Provide patient education, answering any questions and fulfilling any reasonable requests Evaluate the patients oral health and choose the appropriate materials and equipment * Sharpen and sterilize tools. Perform dental prophalixis by cleaning stains and deposits from teeth and beneath gum margins Detect diseases by completing oral cancer screening, visually inspecting and feeling the gums, and utilizing probes to identify periodontal disease as well as assess levels of recession *Arrest dental decay by applying flouride and other cavity-preventing agents

Salary Details	- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. - Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from specific procedures, such as teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy.

Shift & Schedule	Flexible schedule - Work Hours: Monday Through Friday 8AM -5 PM - Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours). - Weekend Work: weekend shifts not required .
