Seeking a dental hygenist superstar, one who realizes a patient's oral health plays a HUGE role in their general health. So to us, cleaning out a patient's mouth is keeping their heart healthy and safe. You're the first line of defense in detecting oral cancer! You're also someone who loves meeting new people and sharing their stories, assuaging their dental anxieties, and becoming the key relationship that keeps patients coming back (for decades)!

Job Description	Duties: - Perform dental cleanings to remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth - Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and taking vital signs - Administer local anesthesia as needed - Take digital dental x-rays - Educate patients on proper (and personalized!) oral hygiene - Perform dental charting and update patient records accurately - Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff - Adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental hygiene techniques and technologies
Salary Range	【Part-time】 $44.00 〜 $49.00 /hour
Salary Details	Pay: $44.00 - $49.00 per hour
Shift & Schedule	Expected hours: 8 – 36 per week
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification - Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of IL - Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program - CPR certification
Preferences	- Proficiency in Dentrix - Strong patient assessment skills, including the ability to identify oral health issues and develop treatment plans - Thorough understanding of infection control protocols - EXCELLENT communication skills, with the ability to educate and motivate patients - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining medical records
