Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient assessment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, medical terminology, and the ability to work effectively with both pediatric and adult patients.

Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and vital signs.
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing while ensuring patient comfort.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes
Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Requirements

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
No Previous experience required
Strong knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques.
Familiarity with medical terminology related to dental care.
Ability to assess patient needs accurately and provide appropriate care recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate patients effectively about their oral health.
