As a dedicated Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dental care to our valued patients while providing vital support to the dentist during a variety of procedures. Job Responsibilities: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and sealants with precision and care Assist seamlessly with chairside procedures and offer comprehensive oral hygiene instructions to patients Conduct detailed periodontal charting and thorough oral cancer screenings for early detection Skillfully take digital x-rays and administer local anesthesia for patient comfort Deliver top-notch preventive care and expertly perform scaling & root planing procedures Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment coordination Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies Participate in community outreach programs to promote oral health education and awareness Job Requirements: Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist with a strong background in periodontics Expertise in administering anesthesia(optional) and conducting X-rays with precision Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Benefits: Comprehensive Health Insurance coverage Dental Insurance benefits for you and your family 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching Flexible Schedules to accommodate work-life balance Paid Time Off for vacations and personal days
