Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal care with precision and care.
Perform detailed oral health assessments to identify and address potential issues.
Capture and interpret dental X-rays for diagnostic purposes.
Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventative dental care.
Administer fluoride treatments and sealants to protect teeth.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Ensure the sterilization of instruments and the cleanliness of the workspace.
Collaborate with the dentist and assist during procedures as needed.

Shift and Schedule:

Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Patient Load: Up to 7 patients per day

1-2 years of professional experience as a Dental Hygienist, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care.

Candidates with more than 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene are strongly preferred.
Prior experience working in a private dental practice is a plus.

Education & Certifications:

Additional certifications in periodontal therapy or advanced hygiene techniques are highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with digital X-ray systems and modern dental technology is preferred.
Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong preference for candidates with excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative dental care team.
