Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:

Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and treatment planning.
Perform clinical procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, laser therapy, and administering local chemotherapeutic agents.
Capture X-rays and intraoral images to aid in accurate diagnosis and care planning.
Preventive Care & Education:

Provide oral hygiene treatments and educate patients on maintaining healthy oral habits.
Explain the impact of lifestyle factors (e.g., smoking, diet) on oral health and recommend preventive products.
Record Management:

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs and dental charting.
Collaborate effectively with dentists, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
Advanced Procedures:

Perform advanced dental interventions within state licensing guidelines, including periodontal therapy.
Ensure compliance with Medicare and state-specific dental standards.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Dental Hygienist License (state-specific).
Certified in CPR/First Aid.
Proficiency in clinical skills such as scaling, root planing, and laser therapy.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
Open for frsh graduate or with 3 years of experience in a dental office setting (preferred).

Flexible Schedule- Monday to Friday

Associate degree in Dental Hygiene (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Current state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.

Open for fresh graduate or three years of experience
Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, equipment, and materials.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficient in utilizing EagleSoft and other dental software systems.
