Description	The Center for Dental Excellence is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our general dentists and 5 specialist to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Bright Direction Dental is an equal opportunity employer. Shifts & Schedules	Mon 10AM - 7 PM Tues 8AM - 5PM Wed 8AM - 5PM Thur OFF Fri 7AM - 2PM Sat 8AM - 2PM (1st & 3rd of the month)
Requirements	Licensed dental hygienist Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Illinois Anesthetic Certification Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations CPR Certification
Preferences	Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling Excellent communication skills Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients Delivery of an exceptional patient experience Integrity-focused work ethic Team-player attitude Ability to multi-task Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction, and feedback Excited to be part of a dental family and a career to be proud of!
