Looking for a Part time or Full time Associate Dentist to work with our Medicaid population. We are contracted directly with Advantage Dental and are a site approved facility for the Loan repayment program by ORH. |

Valid Oregon Dental License with Nitrous permit, DEA, and Malpractice Insurance |
