Located in Keizer, Oregon on beautiful Staats Lake. Every operatory has an amazing view of this lake that is filled with amazing wildlife with an occasional Bald Eagle siting! Title	Associate Dentist
Job Description	Looking for a Part time Associate Dentist to work Mondays and Fridays. This position would include a variety of patient demographics including OHP and Private pay patients.
Healthcare Services/ Facility Type	Dental office
Salary Range	Part-time $8,000.00 /month
Salary Details	Salary is based on experience and will vary depending on number of days worked.
Benefits	Free parking
Shift & Schedule	Day shift 7:00am to 4:00pm M,F only
Requirements	Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Basic life support Driver’s license Licensed dentist Valid Oregon Dental License with Nitrous permit, DEA, and Malpractice Insurance
Preferences	Some Dental experience
